George Clark George
Clark has over 20 years experience helping organizations
align strategy, people and processes. He has worked with
executives from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, mostly
in high technology and bio-technology. His last corporate
position was as head of Organizational Development for
Apple Computer, where he was responsible for supporting
the Executive Leadership Team and divisional VP’s.
He co-lead Apple’s transformation efforts.
Since starting his own company in 1997, George has focused
on driving
sustainable behavior change, mostly through coaching and
team
development. He also does change management and training.
George is a graduate of the Columbia University Advanced
Program in Organization Development and currently works
as adjunct staff at the Stanford School of Business. He
has been a guest lecturer at San Jose State Business School
and University of California extension programs. George Clark is
certified in a broad array of programs and assessment
tools, and holds a BA from California State University.
