Lanz
Rexford Lowen helps organizations find competitive
advantage by enhancing their abilities to think strategically,
creatively problem-solve and align cohesively toward a
desired direction. Lanz works with leaders and teams to
clarify purpose, define strategic priorities, resolve
conflict, increase influence and effectively implement
organizational change.
Lanz is an adjunct staff-member at Stanford University’s
School of Business and at JFK University’s Coaching
Certificate Program. Lanz has also been an adjunct staff-member
of Catalyst Consulting Team for the last ten years.
Prior to establishing his consulting practice, Lanz was
the Manager of Organization Development and Training in
the corporate offices of Mervyn's Department Stores. In
this role, he helped senior managers strategize and communicate
shifts in organization direction and culture, introduced
quality and work improvement programs, and designed and
implemented a corporate-wide survey feedback process to
help managers modify leadership style.
Lanz Lowen has an M.S. in Industrial and Organizational
Psychology from San Francisco State and an M.A. in Clinical
Psychology from the Professional School of Psychology
in San Francisco.
