Organization consulting can take many forms. It may
be focused on the entire organization, a particular division,
the senior executives, or a departmental team. Much depends
on the scope and desired results.
Aligning Vision, Goals and Strategy:
Organizations are most effective when everyone is on the
same page. This begins with a compelling vision, clarity
and agreement about strategy, and metrics for evaluation
progress. The Mandana Group supports the senior team in
the creation of the above and helps the senior team engage
the rest of the organization to understand and implement
the organization direction.
Increasing teamwork:
A strategy is only as good as an organization’s
ability to implement it. Mandana Consultants are experts
in working with teams, whether at the departmental level
or with the executive leadership. Often this work begins
with diagnostic interviews or some type of survey. An
offsite meeting can be designed to raise and resolve the
issues identified. Team retreats may be focused on vision,
strategy, resolving conflict, and increasing teamwork.
A variety of approaches are used depending on the issues
and the norms of the group. Approaches may include: team-building
activities, personality inventories, cultural/value surveys,
management development presentations, and large and small
group interactive discussions. The Mandana Group avoids
one-shot team events that lack follow-through. All activities
are designed to meet the needs of the team as it continues
to evolve.
Increasing structural effectiveness:
As organizations and their goals evolve, structures and
