Communication Skills
Half-day Communication Modules
These modules focus on critical business skills in a
hands-on way. The emphasis is on learning a skill and
then practicing it and getting feedback. There is a minimum
amount of lecture and a maximum amount of experiential
learning.
These modules can be run for an intact work team so
that the group can focus on actual issues while learning
new skills and models. They are applicable for groups
of managers, individual contributors or mixed groups.
