Generally, we make decisions in two ways—with a team or individually. This class focuses on the former... how to make better decision in teams. Many of our client companies complain about lack of clarity and communication about who should be involved in a decision and what roles they should play, as well as the lack of clarity regarding who makes the final decision. Additionally, once the decision is made it doesn’t stick and/or the right people are not informed of the decision

Objectives:

  • Learn to frame a decision correctly
  • Learn a model for determining who needs to be involved in key decisions and how to involve the right people
  • Apply learning to a current important decision
