How do you deal with working styles different from your own? This class will allow you to learn more about your own style as well as how to motivate and influence those who are different from you.

You will take an inventory that will demonstrate the differences between you and others. Then you will give each other tips on the best ways to communicate with different styles.

This is a fun and lively class and can be used as a quick teambuilding for a new team or an informative refresher for an existing team.
